By downloading, installing, or using Yam's Game (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Yam's Game is a dice game application that allows you to:

• ✓Play the classic Yam's (Yahtzee-style) dice game
• ✓Track scores for multiple players
• ✓Compete against AI opponents
• ✓Participate in daily challenges
• ✓Play online multiplayer games via Game Center
• ✓Earn achievements and customize dice appearance

When using the App, you agree to:

• ✓Use the App only for lawful purposes
• ✓Not attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game scores
• ✓Behave respectfully when using online multiplayer features
• ✓Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or exploit the App

Online features require a Game Center account. Your use of Game Center is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for Game Center service availability or functionality.

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by itsemi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
